"L'Union Nationale des Personnes Handicapées d'Ouganda (NUDIPU) est une ONG autochtone faîtière des personnes handicapées créée le 14 novembre 1987.
La NUDIPU regroupe toutes les catégories de handicaps, y compris les handicaps physiques, sensoriels, intellectuels et mentaux. Remarque : Cet article fait par Embrace Kulture explique que le gouvernement ougandais a chargé cette entreprise privée (basée aux Etats Unis d'Amérique qui oeuvre en Ouganda) de s'occuper de l'organisation de la prise en charge de l'autisme dans ce pays (?).
Cette entreprise nous semble assez opaque (seulement une boîte postale en Pennsylvanie, pas de noms des dirigeants...).
L'approche est (comme presque toujours) de nature défectologique / médicale / commerciale.
Au cas où les donateurs américains ne seraient pas assez motivés (?), l'entreprise leur propose aussi des safaris.
